Please understand that payment in full is due at the time of service. We may also require a deposit for major procedures and hospitalization. To help you obtain your financial responsibility the following payment options are accepted.
Patient Options
* Cash or Check: We accept payment by cash or check at the time of service. All checks will be deposited immediately through Telecheck. If funds are not available, the check will be declined. Checks are only accepted with valid Drivers License and SS#.
* Bank Credit Card: We accept payment by Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
* Payment Arrangements: In an effort to offer our clients more personalized financial arrangements, we are pleased to offer Care Credit. If you wish to take advantage of this payment plan, which will enable you to make low monthly payments, please ask one of our receptionists for an application.
Please understand that the Office Visit / Examination charge is for a physical examination and consultation only. All other professional services, lab tests, vaccinations, food items, medications and other products are additional.
It is your responsibilty to ask the Doctor or Nurse for an estimate if your pet will involve more than just an examination and consultation.
Any additional fees in excess of the Office Visit/Examination fee will be your responsibility.
