All Creatures Veterinary Care Center is accepting applications for EXPERIENCED full/part time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. Pay rate dependent upon level of experience and negotiable.
Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in the veterinary industry. Customer service experience is required.
- This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments and ensuring that the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Team work between all hospital employees is imperative. When everyone is doing their part efficiently it results in a comfortable and efficient working environment.
- Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication and multi-tasking. We use Google Drive and many other programs to ensure easy documented communications between all team members.
- We are looking for someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, computer proficiency and excellent telephone and client communication skills. Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as a team player in a compassionate, friendly, drama free environment. We are a veterinary practice that values and respects our patients, clients and team members. It is imperative that the applicant exhibits a high level of customer service which is essential to promoting a positive client experience. Our goal is to create positive memorable personalized experiences for our clients and their pets.
